Aug 04, Rebecca rated it it was amazing. It's finally over. It's going to take time to get it all written up, but yeah - Misrata is settled. Although the path to redemption has been riddled with unexpected treachery and unspeakable grief; there is hope; battered and bruised, they are still alive; at least some of them.
As members of Zulu, an all-female special ops team, feverishly seek to unravel the mysteries of Misr It's finally over. As members of Zulu, an all-female special ops team, feverishly seek to unravel the mysteries of Misrata; an incident five years earlier when their team inadvertently killed innocent children instead of intercepting illegal weapons; these brave warriors travel the globe seeking the individuals who hold the answers to a very complicated, but well orchestrated cover-up.
But there are too many suspects; the co-founders of the humanitarian organization HOMe, a man whose wife and children died in the tragedy , the owner of an international defense systems company, and even more curious; the daughter of a high ranking American general, who is covertly meeting with military personnel who would love to see Zulu and its commander, Trace Weston, dishonorably discharged or even face a court martial.
When several attempts to smoke out their illusive enemy fail, Trace puts his career on the line and Zulu sets up the ultimate trap; only to discover that the person to blame is. Equally as engaging as resolving Misrata is the attention that each team member must finally give to their heart. Annie, Trace and Sam must resolve their love triangle; may the best man win.
Idolatry and redemption: Economics in biblical perspective
Teya is complicated, but her heart can still be broken. And it is; more than once in this episode, but she is a survivor. Quiet-spoken Nuala is a faithful friend and steady admirer; will the object of her affection ever realize that her heart belongs to him? And Francesca Solomon?? You will just have to make up your own mind about her. As this serialized "mini-series" comes to an end, the brilliance of the story and its creator are obvious, but it's equally clear to me that Zulu has more missions to complete, more stories to tell and more relationships to build.
I am confident that this is really not the ending at all. Jul 19, April rated it really liked it Shelves: romantic-suspense , clean-read-romance , suspense. While I do not want to give anything away, I do want to add my two bits. First of all, I thoroughly enjoyed this series! However, if you are a fast reader, and go through books quickly you may want to read these back to back, like one very large novel. Which fortunately for you, you can now do as they are all available! For me having to wait a week for each one to come out, while reading other books in between made it hard to keep the story fresh in my mind.
I found I got more out of the ones I waited to read with another immediately following it. If you are a Kendig fan, you will find her trademark writing throughout. Well written characters, suspense, action, mystery and a dash of romance and faith round out her novels well. I have to admit that she kept me in particular suspense in regard to how a couple of the love interest stories would work out.
Now for me, things didn't exactly end the way I wanted with one of them. But hey, that may just be me, and it didn't take away from the story. Also, for me the ending while very good, was a little too rushed. I felt there were a few loose ends I would have liked to see wrapped up and wished the story would have had a few more chapters doing this. All in all, I found this to be a very entertaining read!

Jul 30, Mary Foster rated it it was amazing. Shaking off the numbness from the shock he just dealt her, she follows the assassin, running for her life. Annie is faced with trying to figure out how she feels about the two men in her life, hopefully before one takes the head off of the other. She needs to be working to find the one responsible for Misrata and the deaths of Candice and Jessie.
Nuala watches as Boone pines for the woman he loves while trying to hide her own growing attraction to the big hunk.

She would never come between him and Keeley though her heart aches for the love she can never have. Can he find the truth and put an end to this before she gets what she wants and ruins his career? What a wonderful series, created by an incredibly talented author. Jul 22, Amanda Geaney rated it it was amazing.
I know that there of those who like to devour an entire book in one sitting, but Zulu begs to be savored. If you have read anything from Ronie Kendig I highly recommend Raptor 6 you know that her stories contain very intense scenes. By releasing the work in sections Ronie is giving you a chance to catch your breath!

I was thrilled at how Kendig managed to continually build anticipation from one episode to the next. There is an ever-present sense of urgency to uncover who was trying to eradicate the team. Ronie takes aim and finds her mark in this last installment of Operation Zulu Redemption - Act of Treason! For the characters this has been an arduous journey towards redemption and self discovery.
Kendig skillfully ties up the loose ends of this series and has left me craving more from this team. Season two? I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. Aug 02, Rhonda rated it it was amazing. It has been a good read. I love the cliffhanger endings of each part.
But hate the wait till the next book. I think this is the best serial novel that I have read. We got to know the characters. We got to see a little of their lives the past 5 years while they were undercover. I was not sure who to wish for more in their lives. Ronie was not afraid to kill off characters.
Some before we got to know them. It gave you that the danger was real. That war kills, greed kills. That there might be future missions for Zulus. That you can have a exciting book without the foul language, or sex scenes. This ties up all the cliffhangers in Act of Treason. We find out who was selling arms to whom received them. Why the children and woman were moved into to the warehouse.
Who to trust. They brought everybody together to draw out the enemy by honoring HOME the charity. There are twists I did not see and some choices that I did see coming. I hope their is more to this series.
I would love to see more of team Zulu in the future. I was given this ebook to read and in return agreed to give honest review of it.
